The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our team. If you are energetic, take pride in precision work, and love utilizing modern digital tools to protect our customers, you will thrive here. This position is perfect for a technician who excels at routine maintenance and values a workplace that invests directly back into its crew.
Core Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform high-quality, efficient oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and routine maintenance packages.
- Tire Services: Complete tire rotations, mount and balance new tires, and perform flat repairs safely and correctly using our affiliate dealer equipment.
- Digital Video Inspections (DVI): Conduct comprehensive, honest digital vehicle inspections using our shop tablets. You will capture clear photos and videos of worn components, fluid levels, and safety items to help our service advisors show clients exactly what their vehicle needs.
- Shop Safety & Cleanliness: Keep your designated bay clean, structured, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous shop experience is a plus, but NOT required! We proudly offer a structured Apprenticeship Program to help motivated individuals learn the trade, build skills, and grow into top-tier technicians.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to document and record clear videos/photos for customer digital inspections.
- Drive & Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic to maximize your earnings under our hourly + book time pay structure.
- Tooling: Must possess or be willing to acquire basic hand tools suitable for oil changes, basic maintenance, and tire services (specialty tools, scan tools, and fluid machines are provided).
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
